Paper accepted for Elsevier Ad Hoc Networks
Our paper Mobility-aware Vehicular Cloud formation mechanism for Vehicular Edge Computing environments has been accepted for the December issue of Elsevier Ad Hoc Networks.
In it, we propose the PREDATOR cloud formation strategy which – other than many previous approaches – also takes into account topology dynamics via mobility prediction. We demonstrate that this design gives PREDATOR an edge over approaches focusing solely on, e.g., current topology, power, or resource availability.
